Quarterbridge roundabout weekend closure

The Isle of Man department of highways has announced that Quarterbridge roundabout in Douglas will be closed for road improvements over the next two weekends.
The area will be closed to traffic from 0600 GMT on 19 February until midnight on 20 February.
The island's busiest junction will close once again from 0600 GMT on 26 February until midnight on 27 February.
The area will remain open to pedestrians throughout the closures.
A spokesman from the highways division said diversion and warning signs will be erected on the main roads leading to the roundabout to advise motorists.
The road works at Quarterbridge roundabout will cost over £150,000 and include resurfacing and carriageway widening.
