Queen names Andrew Corlett as new Second Deemster

The Second Deemster of the Isle of Man is the island's second most senior judge.
A former King William's College pupil has been named as the Isle of Man's new Second Deemster.
Andrew Corlett, who was called to the English and Manx Bars in 1984, has been deputy deemster since 2007.
The Oxford-educated father-of-two served as an Isle of Man government advocate for six years.
Deemster Corlett said: "I look forward to assisting in providing those who use our courts with an efficient and just system for the resolution of disputes.
"I am naturally honoured and delighted that Her Majesty has approved my appointment as second deemster" he added.
The second deemster of the Isle of Man is the second most senior judge.
