The government is expecting to close some island roads to allow communities to celebrate the Royal wedding
The Isle of Man government has issued information on how to organise a Royal wedding street party.
Residents across the island can follow advice on how to apply for a temporary road closure and confirm an event date.
The marriage of Prince William to Kate Middleton is on Friday 29 April, which has been confirmed as a public holiday.
The Chief Minister said: "We want to make it easier for communities to hold events without having to plough through mountains of red tape."
The guidance notes and application form are available online.
