Police in the Isle of Man say they are trying to trace two schoolgirls after two burglaries in Port Erin.

Two properties in Surby Road were broken into on Tuesday, between about 1700 and 1900 BST, and several items stolen from each.

The girls are aged 12 to 16. One was wearing a pink top and the other a dark jacket and had blonde hair.

The girls, or anyone who knows who they are, are asked to contact police at Port Erin or Crimestoppers.
