Isle of Man police court warning for TT festivities

Isle of Man police have issued a stark court warning for "those acting irresponsibly" during the TT festival.
The force says anyone caught acting irresponsibly will be taken into custody overnight and face a court appearance the following day.
The warning is as much for local residents as for TT visitors.
Inspector Phil Shimmin said: "There are increases in the number of arrests during the TT period and statistics show many of those arrests are local."
Police are appealing for responsible alcohol consumption throughout the festival.
