Isle of Man regeneration plans on public display
Regeneration plans for the south-west of the Isle of Man are to go on public display at Port Erin railway station.
The exhibition comes after a public consultation to help revitalise the south-west of the island.
A government spokesman said the proposals for Port Erin and Port St Mary included a new community area, new paving, new lighting and new toilets.
He added: "The railway station plaza is earmarked for a new public transport hub and community area."
The south-west of the island is one of seven areas set to benefit as part of an island-wide makeover aimed at "boosting local economies and breathing fresh life into the high streets."
