Appeal for 'patience' ahead of Isle of Man steam festival
Motorists have been urged to show patience as a slow-moving convoy of steam traction engines travels on public roads.
As part of the Isle of Man Festival of Steam, a convoy of three Fowler road locomotives dating back to the 1900s is making its way through the island.
Delays are anticipated in the north of the island on Saturday and the south on Sunday.
A government spokesman apologised for the expected tailbacks.
The Manx government said tourists have travelled from as far afield as the United States for the event.
