A report by Jersey's chief minister has concluded a previous housing minister breached the ministerial code of conduct.

Senator Terry Le Main resigned from his position at the start of June while allegations he interfered in a Royal Court case were investigated.

He said he "disagreed entirely" with the report's conclusions as he had not been acting as a minister at the time.

The senator had held the post of Housing minister for 11 years.
