Nick Le Bailly aims to raise £2,000

A Jersey man is cycling hundreds of miles across France in memory of his father.

Nick Le Bailly's father Graham died in July. He had motor neurone disease, which damages the nervous system, causing muscle weakening and wastage.

Mr Le Bailly, 27, is cycling 1,000km (621 miles) from the English Channel to the Mediterranean, carrying all his equipment with him.

He wants to raise at least £2,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
