The death of a 20-year-old motorcyclist in Jersey was accidental, a coroner has ruled.

Christopher Le Rossignol died from chest and abdominal injuries after losing control of his bike in St Catherine, in January.

The inquest heard he died after striking the handlebars of his bike, boat trailers at the side of the road, a wooden post and finally the ground.

The Viscount Peter de Gruchy recorded a verdict of accidental death.
