Lithuania man ordered to leave Jersey after stealing whisky

A man originally from Lithuania has been ordered to leave Jersey after stealing alcohol from a local supermarket.

Juozas Mikalajunas, 39, of no fixed abode, appeared before magistrates on Friday.

He was charged with stealing two bottles of Whiskey on two separate occasions in April.

He admitted the crimes and was bound over to leave the island and not return for three years.
