A man accused of killing six people including his own children in St Helier has appeared in the Royal Court.

Damian Rzeszowski, 31, pleads guilty to manslaughter due to diminished responsibility, but denies murdering the six on 14 August last year.

Tuesday's two-hour hearing was an opportunity for the court to decide what evidence could be used.

The trial starts at the Royal Court on Monday. It is expected to last two weeks.
