Let's talk about body positivity

It's really hard not to feel bad about our bodies when we see other peoples' posts but it's important to remember that a lot of what we see online isn't the whole truth.

People can photoshop pictures, add filters, or even smile when they're not feeling happy.

It's natural to compare yourself to others but what's most important is learning to love yourself for who you are. You're special!
