1. Get online to get active

Even if it's in your room, exercise is a great way to feel better and happy with yourself. It helps boost positive energy and is a great way to start your day with healthy vibes. Just dance —you don't need anywhere special to do it, don't be afraid of it or what other people think and don't forget to enjoy it! To help kick start your day there are loads of online exercises and dance lessons to enjoy!

2. Talk to friends and stay in touch

So you're using video chat to see your friends every day, this is a great time to stay in touch. Also, it may be a good time to make some new friends. Are there some students in your class that you don't talk to as much as others? Reach out to them, it's always nice making sure everyone you know is ok, you might just make someone's day. 👌

3. Make smoothies

Now is your time to make some healthy snacks, and find a sneaky way to enjoy those vegetables you don't usually like to eat or fruit you don't like the look of. Smoothies are a great way to get your vitamins in without having to feel like they are a boring chore. Ask an adult to help if you don't know what to do and follow a basic recipe that you like the look of the best. Also, it'll give you an energy boost!

4. Puzzles and jigsaws time

Have some offline time maybe the board games that are tucked away, covered in cobwebs could help! Make the most of this time to feed your brain with things that interest you. You know that card trick you learned, now you can try it out with your family and play with your siblings. It’s fun working on shared projects together.

5. Chill and have some YOU time

Finally, don’t forget it's important that you make sure you are feeling ok during this new and different time. It’s normal to feel a bit confused by everything that's going on but remember, everyone you know is also going through it. You are not alone and we are all in this together. Enjoy some fresh air every day as it helps to clear your mind. Also, SMILE :)
