Real Madrid are preparing a £60m summer bid for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez after making the 27-year-old their top transfer target.

Chelsea moved closer to completing a deal for Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa, 25, after the Spanish club started putting in place a bid for his replacement Carlos Bacca.
