Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri is facing a spell out after having groin surgery but the Frenchman is hoping for a quick recovery after tweeting a picture of himself from his hospital bed. "Thanks for the support!" he wrote. "Surgery went well! Now time for recovery!"
