Caley finished in four hours 21 minutes and 16 seconds, about 20 minutes ahead of second-placed Katia Tastagh.
The event also included a number of specialist stages including a 30ft cliff jump and zip wire.
James Mylchreest completed the top three in 5 hours and nine minutes.
The event also sees teams of two taking part with Team Calder Valley completed the course in the second quickest overall time.
Organiser Keirron Tastagh said the event, now in its sixth year, is going from strength-to-strength.
"It provides competitors with an opportunity to view the island from a different perspective and this year was definitely the most exciting yet."
