Ronda Rousey has assured fans that she is fine after suffering a knockout defeat in her Ultimate Fighting Championship bantamweight title fight against Holly Holm.
Rousey was floored by a head kick in the second round of the fight in Melbourne.
She wrote on social media: "I appreciate the concerns about my health but I'm fine.
"I'm going to take a little bit of time but I'll be back."
Rousey, 28, required medical attention after her defeat - her first in 13 bouts in the sport.
Holm remains undefeated in UFC, with a record of 10-0.
