Cornish Sharks boss Brian Smallworth paid tribute to his coaching staff after they claimed an impressive win away at Bristol Apaches.
The Sharks recorded a 20-7 victory, the perfect response to their previous match where they lost 42-8 against South Wales Warriors.
"We were a lot more organised," Smallworth told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"It was as good effort from the coaching staff - they really stepped up so it was good.
He continued: "We knew what they had Bristol have a four spread offence and our defence co-ordinator, Anthony White, did a fantastic job with that.
"We bounced back from last week's defeat, but we also had a lot more players travel to this game."
The Sharks are now third in Division Two West, with Bristol in fourth position.
