The New England Patriots were given a rude awakening when a fire alarm went off at the team's hotel in Phoenix, three days before they face Seattle Seahawks in Sunday's Super Bowl XLIX.
The alarm, which was triggered by a smoke head, went off in the early hours of Thursday morning.
A hotel spokeswoman said: "There were no injuries, no evacuations and no major impact to our guests."
It was reportedly the hotel's second false alarm in the last three nights.
