Sub-five minute mile boost for Guernsey's Sarah Mercier

Guernsey's Sarah Mercier is hoping to replicate her recent success at the Island Games in June.
The middle-distance runner, 20, became the first Guernsey woman to run a mile in under five minutes last weekend.
Mercier, who will race over 1500m at the games, completed the mile in 4:57 at Vazon.
She told BBC Guernsey: "It's given me quite good confidence to keep training hard and hopefully just keep improving when it comes to the Island Games."
The competition will be held on the Isle of Wight at the end of June.
