Danny Talbot included in Great Britain relay squad

Talbot was due to be in the World Student Games before his call-up

Trowbridge's Danny Talbot has been named in the Great Britain squad for this month's World Championships in South Korea.

The 20-year-old thought his hopes of a place had ended after only finishing fifth in the 200m trials in Birmingham.

But Talbot, who made his GB senior debut in the 200m at the European Championships in June, has now been included in the 4x100m relay team.

The championships, held in Daegu, start on Saturday, 27 August.
