Annadale's Eddie McGinley wins Irish Cross Country title

Eddie McGinley clinched the biggest win of his career as he triumped at the Irish Cross Country Championships.
The Annadale Strider led all the way to take a 15-second victory over Clonliffe's Sergiu Ciobanu with another Clonliffe man Gary O'Hanlon in third.
North Belfast's Breege Connolly finished a fine fifth in the women's race at the Santry venue.
Her club-mates Sharon Bird and Gladys Ganiel were sixth and eighth as North Belfast took second in the team event.
Cathy McCourt was the fourth North Belfast scorer in 20th as Dundrum South Dublin, led home by individual winner Linda Byrne, took the team honours for five points.
Armagh's Stephen Kerr finished second in the junior men's race, 25 seconds behind Raheny's Conor Downey.
Finn Valley's Swiss-based athelte Sarah Mary Collins won the junior women's race ahead of Siofra Cleirigh-Buttner.
