American nightmare in the hurdles

Two of America's leading medal hopes fail to make it through to the final of 100m hurdles at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing.

Dawn Harper-Nelson fell at the second hurdle of her race, while compatriot Kendra Harrison was disqualified for a false start in the next semi-final.

Great Britain's Tiffany Porter did make the final in a time of 12.62, but younger sister Cindy Ofili failed to make it through to this afternoon's final.
