End to End Walk 2015: Richard Gerrard retains title

Richard Gerrard completed an End to End and Parish walk double for a second consecutive year on Sunday.
He finished the 40-mile route from the Point of Ayre to the Sound in six hours, 43 mins and 49 secs - 12 minutes ahead of his nearest rival.
Samuel Fletcher finished second with David Walker, a further eight minutes back in third.
Stephanie Quayle claimed the women's title in a time of seven hours, 39 mins and 47 secs.
Quayle finished the race 10th overall, one place ahead of Karen Lawrie, who was 34 seconds behind, and Jayne Farquhar completed the top-three women.
In total, 116 people completed the full distance.
