Oh yes we can have a homophobic laugh .. coz if we're laughing it's not homophobic is it .
@27 - Colin RogersI seriously, seriously have to take my hat off to you. Just the perfect response and what these HYS are about. A bit of light hearted fun and good discussion amongst people that actually follow the sports.
That's more like it. Who wants to see people running 10.1s drug free anyway?
His mum Cheryl must be very proud
@25 anyone who knows anything about top level sport or Athletics for that matter know this to be true. Kenya have had massive amounts of failed tests.Jamaica did not bother to test anyone up to 2012 after this was found out every single athletes times went backwards. Russia have never ever topped the medals tables at any major event other then the Europeans. so what are other countries doing?
25.I think there have been about 20 different Jamaican sprinters who have won Olympic medals, and below are the ones who have failed drug tests. So probably more than 50% of them. 9.87 is the best we've seen in a while. Rodgers forgot to do his shoelaces and Powell's feet are all over the place, not in a straight line.
I'll have what he's having...
and it's good night from him.
I thought he was great in open all hours and porridge
Anything after my name is rude...not anything, anything. Oh forget it.
I hope he wins 13 major titles so he can have a Baker's dozen!!
That is four wins and hopefully an athlete to go to the top. Hopefully drug free!
He is fast ... wonder what he is allegedly on?
It seems that no particular sprinter will dominate like Bolt. In the short term it will be the Americans and Brits winning regularly.
@11. grand day out"9.87. At last a serious time for the 100m this year"A serious time? Maybe previous serious times including Bolt's had a little extra help. It is good timing to retire young when times including his had slowed (no extra help possibly), maintain the legacy that athletics wouldn't recover from if previous times were found false.
@5 Accurate description though, considering Baker finished well ahead!
