Chasing the dream: How to own a race horse for £600

Horse racing has long since been known as the 'sport of kings', and it can be an expensive business - but not any more.

Increasing numbers of people are now joining syndicates allowing them to own a share in a horse, for as little as £600 a season.

In the third of a week-long Midlands Today series on the state of modern-day horse racing, BBC Sport's Dan Pallett went to Worcester Races to meet members of a syndicate who own a horse with Gloucestershire trainer Graeme McPherson.
