Women's rugby star Maggie Alphonsi turns to athletics

Former rugby World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi has set her sights on a career in athletics, with the aim of going to the Rio Olympics.

The 31-year-old ended an 11-year international career to concentrate on putting her world champion strength into top-class throwing, with shot putt, hammer and discus all possible events for her to excel in.
