World Athletics 2011: Oscar Pistorius maintains medal chance in relay
Oscar Pistorius runs an impressive first leg of the 4x400m relay for South Africa who finish third and qualify for the World Championship final on Sunday.
Pistorius, who is a double leg amputee and runs on blades was forced by the IAAF to run the first leg on safety grounds.
The man known as the 'Blade Runner' is the first amputee to compete at a World Championships and would create another piece of history if he won a medal with the South African team.
