Steve Cram blown away by Usain Bolt and Sally Pearson

Steve Cram reflects on a dazzling day at the World Championships in Daegu, where Australia's Sally Pearson set a championship record to win the 100m hurdles, before Usain Bolt's fourth fastest time ever won the 200m.

Great Britain recorded two fourth places, with Tiffany Porter in the 100m hurdles and the women's quartet in the 4x400m relay.

And there is a big final day to look forward to, with gold medal chances for Brits Mo Farah and Phillips Idowu, plus another chance to see Bolt, in the 4x100m relay.
