Jamaican drug testing criticised by senior official

Jamaica's most senior drug testing official warns that a recent spate of failed tests from athletes on the island could be just "the tip of the iceberg".

Doctor Paul Wright tells BBC Sport's David Bond that restoring confidence in Jamaica's track and field stars depends on a radical shake up of its "woeful" testing programme.

It comes after the World Anti-Doping Agency sent a team to the Caribbean to investigate.
