Louise Hazel begins Commonwealth Games comeback

Louise Hazel takes her first steps back from retirement as she bids to defend her heptathlon title at this year's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Hazel said she was in better shape than she had thought but expected to feel sore after a training session at Lee Valley.

The 28-year-old, who took gold at the Delhi Games in 2010, decided to end her career in September but has previously said Jessica Ennis-Hill's decision to pull out of the Games due to pregnancy, was a "game changer" for her.
