Bekele wins on British 10k road debut

Three-time Olympic champion Kenenisa Bekele comfortably wins the Great Manchester Run on his British 10k road debut.

Ethiopian Bekele, who also holds the world records for the 5,000m and 10,000m, pulled away from main rival Wilson Kipsang with 400m to go to win in a time of 28:23.

Kenya's Kipsang finished five seconds further back with South African Stephen Mokoka in third.
