Sayers back after injury nightmare

British javelin thrower Goldie Sayers tells BBC Sport about the injury that ruined her 2012 Olympics, and the long road back to full fitness.

Sayers ruptured her elbow ligament just weeks before the London Games, and although she did compete, the injury hampered her performance.

The British record holder will be competing in the British Championships in Birmingham on Sunday, before aiming to win gold at this year's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
