Paula Radcliffe says that taking part in the London Marathon for the last time competitively was very "emotional" and she "never wanted it to end".
The 41-year-old was happy with her time of two hours 36 minutes 55 seconds on Sunday and thanked the London crowds who made a "special" atmosphere.
Radcliffe won the London Marathon in 2002, 2003 and 2005, and her 2003 winning time of 2:15:25 remains the world record.
