Kenya's Bett wins 400m hurdles gold

Kenya's Nicholas Bett claims the gold medal in the 400m hurdles with a world-leading time of 47.79 seconds in Beijing.

Russia's Denis Kudryavtsev took silver, running a national record of 48.05, with Jeffery Gibson of the Bahamas finishing third.

It was Kenya's first gold medal at a distance shorter than 800m.
