Amir Khan ready for Lamont Peterson challenge
Amir Khan says he always trains "like a challenger" as he announces that he will defend his WBA and IBF light-welterweight titles against American Lamont Peterson in Washington DC on 10 December.
The 24-year-old Englishman says his ambitions include wanting to fight Floyd Mayweather and "the bigger names", but to do so he must beat Peterson first which he admits will be tough.
