Frampton predicts stoppage win in Texas

Carl Frampton says he is ready for "12 hard rounds" in his IBF super-bantamweight title defence against Alejandro Gonzalez Jr but believes he will stop the Mexican in El Paso.

"I need to get rid of Alejandro Gonzalez and I need to be impressive doing it and then we can go after the big names in the division," the Belfast man told BBC Sport Northern Ireland's Gavin Andrews.

The Belfast fighter, 28, will be making his second defence at the Haskins Centre.
