Australia play England in the third test at Trent Bridge on Thursday, and if the visitors lose, they have no hope of reclaiming the Ashes.

For many Australians cricket is more than a game and another loss would put national pride at stake.

Over recent months and years Australia's mastery over the Brits in cricket, rugby and even at the Olympics seems to have become just a memory.

With the tables firmly turned, the Today programme's Tom Bateman heard the opinions of some Australians in a London pub.
