Surrey head coach Graham Ford tells BBC London 94.9 there "is work to be done" in order to improve their performances in the County Championship.

The side suffered their second defeat of the Division Two campaign against Kent on Wednesday and have now gone four games without a win in 2014 following relegation last season.

Ford says his young Surrey team are showing "pleasing signs" and "little flashes", but must be more consistent.
