Ashley Giles hopes degree can help in Lancashire job

Lancashire's director of cricket and head coach Ashley Giles tells North West Tonight he hopes the degree in sports directorship he is studying for can help him in his new role.

Giles, 41, has been studying at Manchester Metropolitan University since he was overlooked for the England job in favour of Peter Moores in April.

The former England limited-overs coach has been handed a three-year contract at Old Trafford.
