'Tinkering' Alastair Cook ponders England team selection

England captain Alastair Cook admits the England selectors are "always tinkering" as they ponder the team line-up for the third and final Test against the West Indies which begins in Barbados on Friday.

Cook says it's important to get the balance right between "improving the team" and relaxing the players so they don't feel "they are going to be jettisoned after one match".

With England leading the three-match series 1-0, Cook is keen to secure the series win but also wants to give the touring players a "fair crack of the whip".
