Hampshire commentators dodge Michael Carberry six on air

Commentating on live sport can have its dangerous moments.

The team at BBC Radio Solent found out about the perils of a ball-by-ball coverage on Tuesday when Gloucestershire met Hampshire in the T20 Blast at Cheltenham.

Hampshire opener Michael Carberry took a liking to pace bowler Craig Miles and launched the ball for six right on to the table where BBC Radio Solent commentators Kevan James and Adam Blackmore were broadcasting live.

Former Hampshire all-rounder Kevan's laptop was dented and the pair had to send for more drinks after coffee was spilt from their mugs.
