Rain fails to dampen Northern Ireland's Giro d'Italia spirits

Huge crowds follow the Giro d'Italia's second day in Northern Ireland despite the bad weather as the bike race travels through the province's North Coast.

Germany's Marcel Kittel wins stage two of the Giro d'Italia as Michael Matthews takes over the race lead but once again, the big turnout was the main talking point of the day.

Sunday's third stage takes the riders 187km from Armagh in Northern Ireland to across the Irish border to Dublin on the final day of Giro action in the Emerald Isle before the event moves back to Italy.
