Tour de France: Geraint Thomas condemns abuse of riders

Team Sky's Geraint Thomas says the abuse of some of the riders by spectators lining the route of the Tour de France is "crazy".

Thomas's team-mate and current Tour leader Chris Froome says he had urine thrown at him during stage 14 of the race following accusations that he is doping.

Froome, who has always insisted he is a clean rider, extended his overall lead to three minutes 10 seconds, and afterwards said the attack had happened early in the stage.
