IPC Swimming: Ellie Simmonds 'disappointed' by lack of timings

Ellie Simmonds says a lack of timings during her 100m freestyle S6 final victory at the IPC World Swimming Championships was "ridiculous" and "disappointing".

A technical error meant no times were available for the race, although television cameras showed she finished in front of Italy's Emanuela Romano and Tanja Gropper of Germany.

Great Britain's women set a new world record in the final event of the championships, with Stephanie Millward, Claire Cashmore, Susie Rogers and Amy Marren setting a time of four minutes 46.21 seconds in the 34-point 4x100m relay.
