Etherington on ski retirement at 23

Britain's most decorated female Winter Paralympian Jade Etherington tells BBC Sport's Nick Hope that she quit skiing because the sport's national governing body did not offer her enough support.

Etherington, 23, who won four medals at the Sochi Winter Paralympics in 2014, is hoping to qualify as a geography teacher in the New Year.

The British Disable Ski Team and UK Sport admit they are "disappointed" that Etherington chose to stop skiing, but are pleased with the progress being made to turn the GB programme into a fully professional setup.
