Football Association 'optimistic' of Fifa change

Alex Horne, general secretary of the Football Association, says he is "optimistic" that Fifa will seek proper reform following Sepp Blatter's re-election as president for a fourth term.

In an interview with BBC Sport's Dan Roan in Zurich, Horne also defends the FA's attempts to defer the presidential election in the wake of damaging allegations of corruption within football's world governing body.
