Man Utd manager Sir Alex Ferguson to end BBC boycott

BBC Sport's news correspondent Dan Roan on the news that Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will talk to the corporation again after a seven-year boycott.

Ferguson began his boycott of the broadcaster in 2004 after it made allegations against his son, Jason, in a TV documentary.

The 69-year-old Scot will now be available for post-match reaction and BBC journalists will be allowed to ask questions at Manchester United press conferences.
