Nigel Adkins loving life with Southampton

Southampton manager Nigel Adkins talks to the BBC's Mark Clemmit about life at the top of the Championship.

The former Scunthorpe boss has been in charge at the Saints for just over a year and has taken them from League One to the top of English football's second tier.
